The larger loose leaf book is much easier to use than smaller instruction books, and being able to remove individual pages makes it more comfortable to follow along while stitching. The included hoop, thread, needles, and other tools are a nice bonus for beginners.The instructions are easy to understand and the variety of stitch patterns gives plenty of opportunities to practice new techniques. Everything packs neatly together, making it easy to take along while traveling or crafting away from home. I only wish the storage case had a few more compartments to keep the smaller tools organized a little better.
As someone who has only done a little embroidery years ago but loves cross stitch, I was excited to give this kit a try. I was pleasantly surprised by how much is included for the price. It comes with everything needed to get started, and the variety of supplies feels generous.One of my favorite features is the loose leaf fabric book. Being able to remove the pages makes stitching so much easier and more comfortable than trying to work from a bound book. There are also plenty of practice designs and thread colors, giving you lots of opportunities to learn and experiment.My only complaint is that the stitch instructions are pretty limited. There is only a single reference page, so beginners will likely need to look up tutorials online. I didn’t mind using YouTube to fill in the gaps, but more detailed instructions would have made this kit even better.Overall, I think this is an excellent value and a fun introduction to embroidery. I am already looking forward to adding embroidery to my ever growing list of hobbies.

I was so excited to see so many pages for practicing different embroidery techniques, along with a hoop that keeps everything at a great size while I’m learning.The quality of all the items is terrific, and the thread comes in such beautiful colors. I also really appreciate the included sewing kit—it has just about everything you could think of needing for small projects. It will be tremendously helpful for little touch-ups, repairs, and patch jobs here and there.Overall, this is a great product at a great value. I'm super happy with this embroidery kit. It has a lot of different pages for practicing different embroidery techniques. It comes with a hoop, thread in gorgeous colors, and a little sewing kit that has a ton of necessities. Everything you need to practice is included in here. This is going to be great for my oldest daughter. She loves to cross stitch and has expressed interest in trying some embroidery. This is the perfect starter for her.
